About the Opportunity
The team at Bearing and Engineering is looking for a customer focused, Internal Sales Specialist to join their collaborative sales team. This is a fulltime role based in Richmond, Nelson.
No two days will be the same with this diverse role, from taking calls, to supporting walk-in customers with sales and the opportunity to showcase your tech savviness with some basic marketing duties.
As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric approach and counter sales team. Your responsibilities include:

Understand customer needs and guide them towards suitable products and solutions.

- Product knowledge:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Digital Marketing Help:
Assist in managing social media platforms by creating engaging content to enhance our online presence.
