**He angitūtanga: The** opportunity**

We have multiple vacancies to join our Visitor Service Team on a casual basis - in this role you will provide frontline customer service to visitors to Maritime Museum Hui Te Ananui A Tangaroa and visitors to Auckland

In terms of availability, we are looking for applicants who are available to cover a minimum of 3 shifts per week on a casual basis, including weekdays, Saturday and Sunday, and public holidays.

**Your key responsibilities** include**:

- Selling tickets for museum entry and vessel trips
- Assisting in the delivery of events, public programs, activities and outreach
- Selling products from our retail shop
- Providing information of the surrounding Viaduct and Auckland area to assist visitors with directions to create a warm, engaging, and friendly atmosphere.

- You will be sharing your knowledge, proactively looking for opportunities to secure sailing and tour bookings and promoting the sale of our items from our retail shop, making this a dynamic position that will keep you engaged.
