**Te Mahi - About the job**

A rare opportunity for an experienced radio programming professional, this role is critical in supporting the development of our RNZ National brand on-air and on-line.

The National Content Director is a key senior RNZ role which leads the live listening radio team, manages leaders developing and producing content across all RNZ’s dayparts and contributes to strategic planning.

**Ōu Pūkenga - About You**

You’ll have:

- Great people leadership skills inclusive, collaborative and communicative
- proven industry hands-on experience with talk radio programming and management
- experience in broadcast journalism and multi-media platforms
- coaching and mentoring skills plus the editorial knowledge and experience to inspire the team to create unique, relevant content and programming for our current and future audiences.
