Site Management Team Leader

Responsible for management of site activities for reactive and proactive maintenance
- Responsible for the daily management of the site resources designated for the site ensuring all work is being completed according to the Companies Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for distributing work and tasks. Responsible for all site activities including planning for reactive/proactive activities. Participates in site activities as required.
- Carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance work as required.
- Responsible for site budget and reporting according to processes.
- Recommendations for improvement with infrastructure such as vehicles, site compound and facilities, stock and waste management.
- Responsible for communicating all incidents to Service Operations Manager in an appropriate time.
- Ensures quality, health, safety and environmental standards are enforced and maintained. Includes participation in inspections and audits.
- Compliance to SGRE Compliance and Governance Systems.
- Responsible for the implementation of the quality assurance procedures defined for the project.
- Making sure all turbine spares, stock and tooling is at appropriate levels for service activities.
- Reporting to the Customer and internal requirements.
- Ensure all site visitors are appropriately inducted and abide by site regulations.
- Manage technicians in terms of performance, grievances, well-being and motivation.
- Ensure all workers whether employees or contractors are adequately trained for the tasks being completed.
- Prior experience in a site management role
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification/trade certificates or experience gained, through time spent working within an industrial environment
- Electrical Registration or EST Qualification is desirable but not essential
- Prior experience within the wind industry is desirable but not essential
