**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Key to the company's success, we require a self-driven and motivated National Programme Advisor to join our team. Your role will be to ensure that all projects have quality programmes that maximise the project team's ability to coordinate procurement, shop drawings, design, subcontractors, project completion and finish the project on time, which includes accounting for any delays.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Training staff members with the company 'How to' guides
- Develop and improve training guides
- Perform monthly programme review to all projects in all regions
- Support, mentor and coach project teams to:

- Prepare comprehensive Programmes
- Track and report actual progress against planned dates
- Ensure compliance with construction contracts, company policies, procedures and timelines
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions
- Provide project performance summary and key risk and opportunity reports

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Sound knowledge of construction sequence and method
- Strong experience with MS Project software
- Understanding of contract law
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
