We are proud to be working alongside a worldwide leader who are on a mission to provide the tools to reduce methane emissions from ruminant animals.

Research is ramping up and to keep things on track, we are looking for 2 research scientists to join this growing team.

**Position 1: Research Assistant ($60-$65K pa)**:
A junior position which is a fantastic opportunity to get your research career started. Ideally you will have recently finished your MSc (pharma, chem, micro, materials or similar). You will need excellent communication, analysis and reporting skills.

In this role you will:

- Work within the wider research team to formulate products
- Prepare samples in the laboratory
- Investigate the stability of various formulations
- Support the development process in scale up to pilot plant and full commercialisation

**Position 2: Research Lead ($75-$80K pa)**:
In this role you will take on core responsibility for laboratory processes. You will have previous research experience and be ready to step up to a more senior position.

In this role you will:

- Contribute to the ongoing formulation and scale up of product
- Coordinate materials and supplies for the laboratory
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are being adhered to
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff
