**The Role**

You will work directly with customers to ensure positive outcomes for advanced issues and questions they have. You work as a level 3 support person embedded within the development team to ensure the quality of your product and you collaborate with other stakeholders and development teams to ensure correct handover of issues.

**Please note this role is a hybrid position to be based out of the Christchurch office.**

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Dive into third-level Salesforce tickets and solve complex issues with precision.
- Lead the charge by assigning the right teams and championing customer priorities.
- Revolutionize our support processes to scale with us to meet customer demands.
- Enhance our existing knowledge articles and documentation to proactively address common challenges.
- Join our team and drive excellence at every stage—from groundbreaking ticket creation and ideation to seamless implementation, rigorous testing, and impactful release.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- BSC or MSc degree in the field of computer science or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 years experience in an equivalent role.
- The ability to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and with a can-do attitude.
- A passion for deep technical understanding of cloud-based services.
