Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nightfill Team, oversee all areas of merchandising and store presentation to achieve maximum profitability, and efficiency throughout the store.

This will see you taking accountability for:

- Ensuring the Nightfill department is effectively managed and well supported at all times;
- Ensuring the stores merchandising processes are effectively managed;
- Working with the Store Manager to continually achieve store targets and continually improve stock availability and inventory controls.
- Ensuring customers are the number one priority, receiving the high standard experience they deserve; and
- Overseeing the Nightfill team supervisor to ensure they are performing their role as required & promoting a strong team culture that encourages a positive working environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong retail leadership experience;
- Sound experience in managing and mentoring staff;
- A solution-based sales background.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A passion for customer service excellence; and
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.

This role is 45 hours a week worked across Monday to Friday, during our peak summer period this will move to include one weekend day.
