ilabb has an opportunity for a high performing retail superstar with a passion for streetwear fashion and performance clothing to fulfil a 2IC position at our Palmerston North Store. We are looking for a superstar that can support our Retail Manager to take this store to the next level and help to excel our company on its forward journey. Are you currently a Key Holder or 3IC looking to progress? Or maybe you have been in the retail game for a while and just looking for that next step up This could be prefect for you

Experience required:

- 1+ years Retail experience (preferable but not required)
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff
- Forward thinking, dynamic attitude - able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Providing support and guidance to staff to drive results
- A natural ability to build rapport with any customer
- The motivation and enthusiasm to join an exciting and growing business
- Merchandising
