We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the team at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s in Auckland as an **Admissions Shift Leader.**

This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and experience and join a global brand and industry leader in travel and tourism in a full time fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for day to day supervision of the Admissions team, resolving ticketing queries, enruing audit compliance and driving world-class customer experience.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Oversee operation of the Admissions desks
- Maximise sales opportunities through training and mentoring staff
- Motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and dealing with escalated customer queries
- Monitor staff performance
- Duty manager shifts when required

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will ideally have strong leadership skills and experience in a customer facing environment. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, as well as good computer skills and the ability to multi task.
