We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities at Ben Bedding Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of sales strategies, promoting our products, and building and maintaining our brand image and reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our goods and services to a wider audience.
- Generate increased consumption of our products through the creation and reinforcement of brand image and loyalty.
- Build and maintain our organization's image and reputation with customers, investors, and the wider public.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate sales and marketing activities within the organization.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the woolen products industry and market trends is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
