**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail orientated, innovative individual who excels in problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join us in our Secretarial Services team. This super star would be working as a Relief Support Coordinator for our busy Teams across Health NZ.
Your main responsibility is to provide accurate and efficient administration/secretarial duties while providing professional support to both external and internal customers.

You will need to be self-motivated, energetic and results driven in this ever-changing environment. You will have a passion for making a difference, achieving results, and be hungry for a challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in healthcare administration and take the next step in their career.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a busy administrative role, healthcare experience is an advantage. You must be able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
You will also need the following key attributes and skills:
- 2 years + experience in an administration/secretarial role
- Experience in scheduling and arranging meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Expert typing skills
- Great communication and relationship skills
- An ability to work autonomously but still love being part of a team
