As Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll support and share frontline leadership responsibility alongside the Service Delivery Manager at NZ Post. The focus will be on engaging our workforce in the processing and delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
You'll keep the team up to speed with organisational changes, help develop their skills to grow their careers, recognise and reward performance, and manage performance issues.
While the role has no direct reports, you'll have delegated responsibility to carry out most of the leadership duties on site. You are the day-to-day link between the Couriers, PD Contractors and Rural Drivers, ensuring that resources are where they need to be. If you've spent a lot of time working in a postal or delivery environment and are looking for a step up in your career, we would love to hear from you.

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30am - 5pm; Saturday 6am - 12.30pm and Sunday 9.30am - 5.30pm
- A current valid driver's license
- Previous experience leading and supporting others
- Problem solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes
- Knowledge of the processing and delivery systems and transport network
- Good understanding of Human Resource processes and requirements
