You will be relied upon to design and implement robust data architectures supporting data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Your role also encompasses overseeing the integration of data from diverse sources, facilitating seamless data flow for analysis and reporting. Finally, your exploration and recommendation of emerging data technologies and architectures, such as Big Data, machine learning, and data lakes, contribute significantly to enhancing business value and maintaining a competitive edge.

Furthermore, aligning with Auckland Council behaviors, your contributions include actively participating in architectural governance frameworks, identifying, and mitigating architectural risks, and representing the organization in industry forums and conferences. Your commitment to security is evident in the meticulous management of risks within the architectural framework. Additionally, you play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards, fostering effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Transitioning to your specialized role in Data Architecture, you lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive data architecture that harmonizes with the organization's broader technology, data, and business strategy.
