We are looking for an experienced, commercial, dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Business Partner to work for a fast-growing company in the Private Healthcare sector.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to effectively drive the company’s performance, working across the business and working closely with operations and other teams to provide meaningful insights and data.

This role will see you take the commercial performance and reporting to the next level and thus we are searching for someone who has the appetite to change things, put in process and make the function a proactive one that drives company performance and delivers opportunities. It is essential that you have good experience of data automation and the ability to establish effective data reporting across the business.

The role will see you provide direction to the broader team and deliver financial performance for the company. It is crucial that you are a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Although a strategic role there is a large operational aspect to this role, and you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work across this large and varied business.

The role is a busy and varied one and we are looking for people who can operate in a high pace environment with a solution-oriented approach who want the opportunity to do good work. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail and EQ as the board and investors lean heavily on this role for accurate and informative information.

**Specific Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Prepare and publish Management Accounts
- Automation and maintenance of financial models used for board reporting purposes.
- Prepare and publish operational reporting in conjunction with Management Accounts
- Deliver Budgeting and Forecasting activities
- Ongoing Report Developments and Ad-hoc analysis
- Assist with Financial Due Diligence of M&A’s
