**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Structures Supervisor who will be responsible for maintenance, renewals and capex management on our open spaces' sites. This role may suit someone who wants to come off the tools and progress their career into supervision and coach and mentor the team to greatness.

You will enjoy thinking outside the square and looking at ways that we can continually improve, supporting best practice or innovation to our clients both current and new to achieve great outcomes. This role encompasses the following:

- A balance of both office-based activities and on the ground activities.
- The supervision and leadership of direct reports.
- Health and Safety and Environmental management
- Onsite scoping opportunities with clients to meet objectives and best outcomes.
- Liaising and advising best practice solutions with the clients and members of the public
- Training, mentoring and coaching staff on equipment and tools, as well as methodology
- Local management and maintenance of the team's fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment
- Efficient and productive programming and monitoring of all planned, reactive and schedule work
- Financial management of all costs associated with work type and monitoring against target
- Proactively problem solve and work efficiently both independently and as part of the wider open spaces team to tap into variable skillsets and maximise on deliverables with resource and plant on hand.
- Source of solution, recommendation and suggestions for improvements on all structures assets.
- Ability to promote positive team culture and contribution.

- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills.
