**Are you a driven and commercially savvy leader looking for your next challenge?** We are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead our delivery unit, managing and growing the operations that provide exceptional services to our valued customer - Tauranga City Council.
As the leader of the Tauranga City Council delivery unit, you will be accountable for the unit's performance and strategic direction. Your focus will be on the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. Your expertise in driving operational efficiency through strong people engagement and process improvement combined with customer-centric delivery will be essential to the success of the role.
To be considered, you will have a demonstrated history of success in operations, as well as proven business development, financial acumen and stakeholder management skills. You may also hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, be an experienced people leader and have excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
