Job Description
Stowers are New Zealand’s containment specialists, delivering materials handling, storage, packaging, and distribution solutions to industrial, commercial, horticultural, and agricultural customers throughout the country.
Stowers offers the largest range of containment solutions and materials handling available. We represent most major plastic manufacturers in New Zealand, together with many international suppliers.
**The Role**
This is an outstanding opportunity for an energised Customer Service Sales Superstar to join our team. You will report to the National Customer Service Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day care of our customers including supporting the Sales Reps in the field.
You will also be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets as part of a national CS team. In return, we offer a competitive bonus structure, and you will join a tight knit team who know how to support each other to achieve these bonuses regularly
We strive for Customer Service excellence. You will need to be flexible and work well under pressure. You will manage daily interactions with our customers and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner and be responsible for sales administration tasks including the processing of sales orders, quotations, and customer relationship management.
You will manage a showroom with the help of another CS team member and be proactive in managing stock levels, stock transfers and dispatching small orders when required.
We have a large customer base, and you will enjoy getting to know the regulars and growing your local portfolio.
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role/hospitality.
- Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar software systems is advantageous but not essential
