The Role This is an essential position within our busy Commercial store in Richmond that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Auckland region.
This is a demanding role that will see you responsible for the following: Management and profitability of products and sales Training and development of fleet staff Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers Accurate stock management and quality control Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's License Demonstrated experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader Strong commercial acumen and business management skills In return we can offer you: Excellent remuneration package, inclusive of company vehicle and profit share scheme An inclusive and diverse work environment within a leading, global brand Full on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Amazing staff discount and buying privileges If you are driven to create change and want to make your mark on an already successful store - this could be the role for you
