The Parliamentary Catering Team is dedicated to showcasing New Zealand's premium hospitality services & products; and delivering memorable experiences at Parliament. The team manages a number of food and beverage venues within the Parliamentary precinct, each offering a different and unique experience. These include the Copperfields Café, Pickwick's Bar, and New Zealand's fine dining cuisine restaurant, Bellamys by Logan Brown. We also provide catering and hospitality services for the many functions here at Parliament.

We have multiple opportunities available for energetic and enthusiastic casual hospitality staff who would love to work for our fine dining restaurant, Bellamys or in our Pickwicks Bar. We're looking for staff who live and breathe hospitality, are guest obsessed and have a genuine passion for creating beautiful dining experiences. You may be working across our bar or as a waiter and you'll be joining our passionate and collaborative team working together to deliver unique and memorable experiences at Bellamys.

**Tō kete | What you will bring to the role**:
Attitude is everything - we're looking for people with a passion for the hospitality industry Ideally, you will have some hospitality experience however we are willing to train limited experience for the right attitude and the ability to connect and engage with guests. You will also have the following:

- Background in hospitality with experience in mixology highly advantageous.
- Customer service focused with a love for hospitality and interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., cases of liquor, kegs).
- Be passionate about food and the culinary journey.
- Understand the value of working in a team and take pride in their work.
- Keen eye for presentation and attention to detail.
- Be a great communicator.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask.

We're a living wage employer and you'll receive an hourly rate of **$26 p/h**.
