Te Puni Kōkiri are seeking an Advisor who's ready to take on a role in our Whenua Māori Service tīma

**Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity**

The Advisor is a critical role in supporting the Principal Advisor to track, monitor and report against Whenua Maori Services milestones and deliverables. This role will support the Principal Advisor to provide oversight to the work programmes as well as feed up and contribute insights, intelligence, learning, opportunities, and challenges.

We are looking for people who:

- Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work quickly and accurately.
- Can use their own initiative.
- Have some experience in government roles or similar.
- Can work collaboratively and flexibly as the work arises.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have a degree level qualification or extensive work experience.
- Be experienced working in and across teams and providing technical and administrative advice.
- Have administrative experience including financial, business, HR knowledge.
- Have an ability to work with a range of stakeholders with experience, developing status and update reports.
- Have a full, clean driver's license.
- Have basic Te Reo Māori including pronunciation, vocabulary, and structure.
