**HR Manager - New World Brookfield**

We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to join the team at New World Brookfield This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, helping to drive the overall performance of the store and our 185+ people through culture, strong HR practices and people development.

**The Role**:

- Provide generalist HR support to the management team and owner/operators.
- Sink your teeth into our current HR processes, helping to make positive changes to further build on our store culture.
- Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring.
- Take ownership of driving a high-performing, inclusive and positive store culture, with a focus on boosting team engagement.
- Recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
- Lead and support managers with the Performance Management and disciplinary’s.
- Staff training and development.
- Strategic planning for all things people - HR, talent, wellness, capability and culture.
