Kōrero mōtetūranga - About the role
We are looking for an Auckland based Marketing specialists to support the execution of all NZ Post retail agent and instore communications, campaigns and programmes to achieve the Consumer value stream's goals. You'll work closely with the team to understand agent and consumer needs and collaborate with Marketing Communications, Product and Retail teams to develop and execute a calendar of initiatives to champion commercial growth, the customer experience, and brand preference of NZ Post.
This is a great time to be part of our team. We recently launched our new brand and are changing the game in our retail channel. We are in the unique position to offer this role to support the many growth projects on the horizon. We are a focused, engaged and fun team of professionals who are on a big journey to transform and evolve our brand and business, and we're excited for someone new to be a part of it

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be commercially astute with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive and engaging style to enable you to work alongside a wide range of stakeholders across the business. While you'll have excellent support from your awesome team, you'll need to use your initiative and business smarts from previous experience to get things done.
