Our training and development team are looking for a top-notch, passionate, and detail-oriented administrator to take ownership of managing and overseeing various aspects of the administrative functions of our training department.
Based in Mt. Wellington Auckland and reporting to the Group Organisational Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the needs of the team and wider business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and growth of our workforce.
**The role will include**:
- Coordinating training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, arranging venues or eLearning platforms, and managing training materials and resources.
- Managing the travel bookings for our training team, and attendees around the country.
- Managing the training office supplies and catering for sessions when required.
- Overseeing the companies Learning Management System (Moodle) to ensure proper course enrolment, tracking progress, and generating reports on training metrics.
- Regularly reviewing and updating methods to keep pace with changing needs for continuous improvement.
- Contributing to our goal of increased Employee Engagement by promoting a positive learning culture in your dealings with managers and employees.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- The ability to build and maintain positive customer relations, delivering great service to our internal people and external customers.
- Resilience to adapt to changing needs quickly.
- Experience in travel coordination and calendar management of the training team.
- Extensive experience in an administration role dealing with database management.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferably experience within a similar role and industry.
