Ngā kawenga | About the role
We are looking for a strong team player who can manage office logistics and processes to join our team. Based at Kaikohe Community Corrections, you will work closely with the Manager Psychological Services to support our group of registered professionals in the provision of their work, office processes and project activities.
With a keen eye for detail you will be instrumental in supporting our business unit, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers across the country. Possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills, your duties and responsibilities will be dynamic including:

- Co-ordination and management of the referral process and Parole Board requests,
- Co-ordination and organisation of meetings, functions, seminars and other events on behalf of the team.
- Travel and expenses coordination
- Health, Safety and Wellbeing representation
- Budgeting and reporting, presentations, reception duties and general correspondence
- Equipment and facilities maintenance
- Maintaining and updating records, systems and files.
- Developing office systems that enhance efficiencies and ensure legal and professional obligations are met.
- Supporting the Manager Psychological Services with Ministerial and Official Information Act requests

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range is $54,018 - $57,913 per annum pro rata. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
