You will be involved in the general operation of machinery as well as day-to-day manual labouring duties. This could include:

- Learning to competently operate machinery
- Helping with site setup for your crew
- Collecting quality assurance data and information
- Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
- Working as part of a cohesive team to deliver to client requirements

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- A Class 1 Restricted or Full Drivers License
- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, night shift and regularly rostered to complete on-call / afterhours response (essential)
- Civil construction experience desirable or a genuine interest to learn and grow within the industry
- Be reliable and hard working and enjoy working outdoors
- Show commitment to safe work practises
