**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The work of the Organisational Culture Development function is to enable Te Whatu Ora to operate at its best, whilst developing the capability and agility of the teams and leaders to deliver on Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values, and priorities.

The primary focus of this role is:

- to ensure Te Whatu Ora has a portfolio of high quality, current, relevant, and authentic courses available for its kaimahi
- to ensure appropriate standards of learning products and services. This includes quality assurance of design, development, delivery, evaluation, and assessment of learning experiences
- design and maintain the learning quality management system, including policies and procedures
- the evaluation of the portfolio of learning experiences and learning materials to ensure ongoing quality and relevance
- the evaluation of learner experiences and satisfaction
- to engage with external quality assurance agencies as required
- to engage with external providers that have been contracted by Te Whatu Ora to provide services, regarding quality standards and monitoring.
- analyse learning data to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Several years' experience (in the range of 5 to 10 years) in a quality assurance role in an educational institute.
- Several years' experience (in the range of 5 to 10 years) in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) in a large organisation.
- A sound knowledge of modern learning and capability approaches.
