**The Opportunity**:
**We are currently looking for an Office Administrator superstar to join their high performing team based Ellerslie Office, Auckland.**
**Reporting to the Executive Assistant the Office Administrator is responsible for providing frontline administration for Veolia Head Office.**
**What you'll do**:
- ** Liaise and facilitate Office Service Providers & External Suppliers**
- ** Travel bookings for Ellerslie Office;Assist with Corporate Office Events and Catering**
- ** Assist Arranging of functions, workshops and conferences**
- ** Administrative support for all BUs - including creating purchase order and invoicing**
**What you will need**:
- **Microsoft products or Google suite knowledge - Intermediate level**
- ** Strong attention to detail**
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- ** Strong organisation and time management skills**

- ** Organised, and able to prioritise and multitask**
- ** Good communication skills**
- ** Able to work well in a team environment**
