Our opening date is set for August 2024 we are seeking a Bakery & Deli Assistant Manager (2IC) to join the team. You’ll play a key part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.

**As Bakery & Deli Assistant Manager (2IC) you will**:

- Assist the Bakery & Deli Manager to meet department targets and operational delivery standards.
- Plan and coordinate all facets of the day-to-day operations and processes of the Bakery & Deli department.
- Assist with food preparation and merchandising.
- Maintain health & safety and food safety compliance.
- Provide a high level of customer service.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Hospitality and/or food-to-go, deli, or bakery experience is advantageous.
- Great people skills and leadership potential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, honest and a good team player.
- Ability to multitask and work at a pace with attention to detail.
- Self-starter and the ability to work across cross-functional departments.
