**A little bit about the role**

Proficiency in Google Analytics ecommerce reporting, Meta, and Google Ad Platforms is necessary. Previous experience in Google AdWords across Display and Affiliate advertising is a plus. Additionally, familiarity with optimizing media budgets and campaigns towards retail metrics or utilising Audience or Customer Data Platforms to optimize media spend will be advantageous. Experience in the retail sector is preferred.

As the Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and lead the digital performance team. You will also build and maintain relationships with agencies and publishers, as well as lead and manage two direct reports.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance focused marketing strategy across a range of marketing channels, including but not limited to paid social media, paid search, affiliate marketing, video & display
- Plan, implement and evaluate digital performance campaigns for the Kathmandu brand
- Conduct in-depth reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance across channels
- Direct and communicate with agencies and external vendors to undertake tasks and manage performance accordingly
- Have responsibility for directing digital marketing spend across ANZ - balance spend across geographical locations and channels in order to meet objectives
- Lead and manage two team members

**What we are looking for**
- 5+ years experience managing digital marketing programmes
- A successful background in performance marketing end-to-end campaign management
- Experience in managing large media budgets and commercial accountability for delivering revenue growth
- Experience in managing teams and external agencies including paid search in house/agency side and managing and mentoring direct reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience in Google Analytics ecommerce reporting, Meta and Google Ad Platforms
- Previous experience in Google AdWords across Display and Affiliate advertising
- Experience optimising media budget/campaigns towards retail metrics and/or Audience or Customer Data Platform to optimise media spend.
- Experience in the retail sector preferred
