Unichem Willis St. Pharmacy is a fun, team orientated workplace. The primary objectives of the role are inventory and administration - inwards goods, stock management, database management, general administration including reconciling invoices, merchandising and set up of promotions. You will also be involved in retail service. This role will be a mixture of customer-facing and behind the scenes work. We strive to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensuring product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree. We are looking for a hard-working, team player, who is organised, driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**This is a Permanent Full-Time position, rostered 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday. Hours are negotiable - we could accommodate 4 days per week.**
**Skills and Experience**:
- Retail customer service or pharmacy experience required.
- Physically fit, flexible, adaptable and good customer empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Hard working and has good use of initiative.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or natural health products would be an advantage but is not necessary.
- Training will be provided for the role.
