**The role**

We are looking to expand our Regulatory team with a highly qualified and experienced individual for the role of Head of Regulatory specialising in either Established Products or New Developments. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of regulatory professionals to ensure the seamless support and growth of Douglas' product portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Regulatory Affairs, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our regulatory strategy and compliance efforts.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in:

- Developing and execute regulatory strategies to drive the expansion of our global product portfolios.
- Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements across various markets throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to navigate the intricacies of the regulatory landscape, ensuring successful regulatory outcomes.
- Overseeing and driving the clinical and non-clinical development of new products, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards.
- Leading and inspiring teams to deliver high-performance results while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, with a primary focus on implementing efficient processes to maintain regulatory compliance.

**In addition you will be**:

- A **REGULATORY EXPERT** with 12 + years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You need to deeply understand regulatory processes and compliance across a number of geographical regions.
- A **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** and **COMMERCIALLY FOCUSSED** mindset bringing strategic and critical thinking skills to reimagine processes and deliver world class outcomes for our customers and patients.

You will also have a tertiary science qualification with a post graduate qualification in regulatory affairs preferred. You will have extensive experience in a regulatory role covering at least two regions, with a minimum of five years' in a senior leadership role.
