Act as the primary contact for the regulators of ESAS and NZClear
- Ensure that all FMI Act designations are being adhered to
- Lead any external engagement associating the laws and standards

Ō pūkenga - About you You have experience within the banking and finance industry, and clear understanding of payments and securities systems, and the role of the Reserve Bank in the economy. You are an excellent communicator and can build credibility and trust through your stakeholder relationships, whilst having the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically when needed. You'll also bring:

- Experience in dealing with regulatory regimes, ideally those relating to Financial Markets Infrastructure
- An understanding of risk management frameworks
- Strong judgement and the ability to put a course of action in place.
