We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Training and Documentation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing ongoing training and support to our Merchandise team and Suppliers. The focus of the role is to ensure comprehensive training and documentation support is given on all processes, promotions, pricing updates and other supplier related data. Additionally, you will deliver training materials, and facilitate the development and maintenance of system documentation.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
You will be responsible for:

- Delivering quality customer service
- Delivering training of the highest possible standards
- Leading and contributing to a culture of training and support and be a strong advocate and leader of initiatives across the Merchandise Team
- Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders, to understand and adapt training sessions due to initiatives across the business
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Compile and develop training materials and update processes as required leveraging group resources
- Drive process and standardisation across functions end to end
- Facilitate Induction Sessions and ongoing Sessions including on the job support
- Support business transformation where required

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to be extremely detailed and process driven, have an understanding of best practices and commercial acumen. As you will be dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders, strong communication skills are a must.

Prior training experienced and/or experience within an FMCG or Retail environment is preferred, along with familiarity in Google suite.
