We are looking for two experienced, operationally focused Health and Safety Advisors to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. These two roles will work closely with each other while having a focus on either the GCSB or NZSIS as separate agencies.
You will play a crucial role in building the health and safety culture across the agencies and will work closely with Health and Safety Representatives and Site Managers. This is an exciting time to join the Intelligence Community, where you will have the opportunity to work across a wide breadth of health and safety areas.
We are looking for two health and safety stars who take pride in building relationships and have a pragmatic approach to health, safety and wellbeing. The role will also require flexibility to visit other sites as required.
About you

**You need**:

- A great track record working in health and safety with excellent knowledge of relevant NZ legislation in HSE
- Proven experience with implementing solutions to reduce risk
- Experience leading or supporting investigations and response to incidents
- Strong relationship and communication skills, with a coaching emphasis
- Highly motivated with a practical approach
- Drivers Licence (current, full & clean)
