**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
With the recent launch of Everyday Rewards in NZ, we are after a Senior Loyalty Promotions Manager who will be accountable for leading a strategy that aims at driving an increase in the number of high performing and relevant targeted offers delivering value to customers, with a favourable commercial impact for the business. This role will be key in aligning both the customer loyalty objectives and execution with the wider Supermarket objectives via targeted promotional activity.
- Own the strategy for the personalised loyalty promotions programme to deliver on the CVP for customers and commercials in the business case for the Everyday Rewards programme
- Effectively manage and prioritise senior stakeholder objectives and loyalty KPIs while keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions
- Ability to leverage commercial experience and analytical skill-set to make decisions and communicate with key stakeholders - leveraging data insight to deliver the primary purpose.
- Lead and mentor a team of motivated, empowered and and high-performing individuals with a range of skill sets and roles - providing clarity of connection to the strategy, priorities, customer needs and business value delivery
- Support the scoping and building of end-to-end solutions that will drive success for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support senior team members to own, manage and optimise the supporting budget, including forecasting and re-forecasting as learnings are brought to light - with ultimate responsibility sitting with this role Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer opportunities and drive the right relationships and ways of working to bring these to life

To be successful in this position, you will ideally:

- Have experience constructing product strategies and securing buy-in and support across the business, including category management, finance, marketing and data & analytics
- Know how to build product value through experimentation and iteration
- Be a confident coach, helping others embed great practices
- Be data driven and analytical Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
