Social Supermarkets are a contemporary take on the traditional food bank approach, providing food support with greater levels of choice and dignity to our diverse communities.

**About the role**

As the Social Supermarket Supplier Partner you’ll be the conduit between the Foodstuffs Supply Chain, our Suppliers and the Social Supermarkets. You’ll own and actively grow partnerships that go beyond supply chain, creating value through collaborative, well-defined relationships with our Suppliers.

To do this, you’ll:

- Build and maintain relationships with Supplier partners/Social Supermarkets/Distribution Centre partners and grocery stores
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish
- Source donations and curate range of products suitable for Social Supermarkets - ensure that all products are delivered on time and in full
- Manage budgets, curate ranges, source donations and facilitate the movement of stock using our logistics network.
- Track donation values and use SAP reporting to communicate impact
- Analyse POS data to identify areas for improvement and trends in the product ranges offered within Social Supermarkets

**About you**

With a passion for making the world a better place, you’ll be comfortable working with diverse communities and have excellent planning and communication skills. With a collaborative working and a strong work ethic, you’ll be capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, hungry for information and keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible.

You’ll also have:

- Experience working with Stores/DC’s and 3PL or working closely with them as the client company
- Experience in business analysis, trend identification and potential problem identification
- Experience in negotiation and management of commercial supplier / distribution agreements
- Good analysis skills and ability to develop strategy
- Good numeracy, SAP and Microsoft Excel skills to an intermediate level (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and analysis)
