About the role
The Customer Research Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the Go-to-Market and Voice of Customer strategy through comprehensive customer research. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating customer insights into actionable recommendations that contribute to the success and evolution of our SaaS products.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points related to our SaaS products, in line with the Voice of Customer strategy
- Planning and executing tactical research internally and partnering with external research agencies for larger pieces of commissioned research
- Design and execute surveys and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring a deep understanding of customer perspectives
- Analyse research findings and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the product marketing and product development teams
- Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer insights are effectively integrated into product development, go-to-market and communication strategies
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on customer research findings, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements at a quarterly and annual cadence
- Establish and maintain effective feedback loops with customers to continuously gather insights and iterate on product offerings, with the goal of increasing NPS, CAC, CSAT, and CTS

**What you’ll be bringing to the team**:

- 5+ years proven experience in customer research
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- An understanding of B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Sophisticated stakeholder management, customer interviewing and panel experience required
