We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in an important business function to keep operations running smoothly across our residential and commercial sectors. You will liaise with the sales team and customers as well as scheduling both waged and contracted flooring installers to complete jobs on time.

We are constantly expanding, evolving and introducing new product to the market to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology.

You will be in charge of making sure our projects are completed on time and to excellent standard through strong communication with the customer and relevant internal teams. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate an effective/efficient service to our customers by arranging all aspects of flooring installation.
- Provide a high level of customer care. Attend promptly to customer service problems and ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate communication externally and internally on project statuses and maintaining effective client relations
- Support Operations Manager to ensure a seamless installation process:

- Coordinate daily installer workflow
- Liaise with installers, clients and internal staff as required to ensure installations are completed in the required timeframes, to the client’s complete satisfaction.
- Undertake pre and post installation inspection as required on occasion
- Check/follow up plans/wo from sales
- Check stock will be on time for installation and follow up as/when required
- Arrange/manage trades as required
- Liaise directly with installation teams to ensure a rapid and satisfactory response to remedial requests
- Weekly department activity reports and other reporting may be required from time to time:

- Open Orders reports to maintain WIP, invoicing and completeness of work
- Material analysis to oversee and ensure completeness of invoicing/job costing
