**About the role**
As Deployment Coordinator, you can look forward to working with some of our cutting edge technology as you support the maintenance and operation of new technology solutions. This includes Tesla Powerwall batteries and Sun Genie systems.
You’ll support the delivery of key projects, including managing customer queries and requests and liaising with other internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions for our customers.
You won’t be confined to your desk either, and will head out to site to ensure we’re delivering great outcomes for our customers.
**Who we are looking for**
We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is a customer champion
- You’ll have a wealth of customer relations experience, and be committed to providing great customer service
- You’ll have prior experience in an Administrator/Coordinator role
- You’ll be a natural at building rapport and a relationship with customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the use of Salesforce or other similar programmes is advantageous; otherwise, you’ll bring an eagerness to learn
