A stable, growing company is looking for a Group Infrastructure Manager to join a senior management group in strategising & advising on the innovation & delivery of complex network & technology infrastructure across NZ & Australia

Do you have a solid technology / infrastructure senior management background?

Enjoy researching, innovating and strategic planning and be able to implement that strategy & deliver excellent outcomes to help people?

**What you’ll bring**:

- BEng, BSc or BA degree or similar or not
- 7-10 years Infrastructure / Network management experience
- 4-5 years senior leadership / people management experience of large teams you might have been a CIO or CTO at a previous company
- MUST HAVE experience of strategic planning & advisory of large networks & infrastructure including Cloud & providing large internet connectivity to users
- Experience of developing long-term roadmaps & strategies for investment to balance operational & innovation needs to gain commercial success
- Experience of Developing playbooks, policies, frameworks and guidelines that provide clear, robust and ambitious standards and processes for group and regional infrastructure services and operations
- Executing on cybersecurity strategies and initiatives, ensuring that appropriate proactive and preventative investment is undertaken and that rapid response plans are tightly executed
- Accountability for developing operational annual budgets that meet the growing demands of the business, and ensuring budgets are well managed
- Develop key strategic partnerships with technology suppliers
- Coaching and mentoring leaders and team members to help motivate, guide and grow their capabilities
