**Ko Ngā Haepapa Matua |Key Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality 3D visualisations and immersive experiences from engineering models.
- Build upon, create and maintain asset and world-building pipelines.
- Identify, develop, and document new tools, processes, and workflows.
- Delivering high-quality visuals while following memory and performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date on all trends in production methodologies and tools.
- Mentor and uplift junior staff in traditional and Real-time visualisation.

- A strong technical understanding of Unreal Engine, including PBR textures and material workflows, Blueprint systems, Niagara Particles etc.
- Proficient with at least one major 3D authoring package like 3DS Max or Blender
- Experience using TwinMotion (desirable)
- Scripting experience in Python or C#
