Subway is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and help us deliver delicious sandwiches and outstanding service to our valued customers. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, leading a team of sandwich artists to success.

This is a full-time role wiht guranteed minimum 30 hours of work per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule work, supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to Subway standards.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the fast-food industry or a relevant qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
