About the role | Mō te Tūranga
Leading our infrastructure team in the Upper North Island and projects spread across the country, you’ll be part of a team delivering a diverse and challenging infrastructure engineering portfolio. Our infrastructure team comprises of expert teams in specialist disciplines. We work on plenty of complex, large-scale projects, with an opportunity to bring new ideas, innovation and thinking to the table. Along with team leadership, this role will also see you developing and maintaining positive and productive client relationships, using your stakeholder management skills to engage your clients, project partners and your own project team. You’ll also provide day-to-day technical leadership, support and guidance to the infrastructure team, coaching and mentoring our team to improve their skills and deliver excellence.

About You | Mōu
We’re looking for someone with leadership experience in the infrastructure space, with proven experience in mentoring and developing teams. Or you may be in a senior engineering role, looking for your next step into team leadership. You’ll have strong technical experience in the infrastructure space and if you have design management experience, that’s an added bonus Technically astute with sound commercial skills, you’ll have project lead and relationship building capabilities, and experience with proposals through to project delivery. Your excellent technical skills will be matched by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and you’ll be a confident communicator with the willingness to help out at every level.
