**About the role**

You will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer experience for all Kiwa Pools Complex visitors, driving continuous improvement in the customer experience team, and operating the reception area, merchandise, and facility bookings.

Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Experience your role will be a part of the greater team of four people.

You’ll recognise the importance of the role as a Treaty partner and understand how that underpins Gisborne District Council’s work.

**Duties Include**:

- Admissions and shop sales
- Maintaining the reception area of the complex in a welcoming, clean and tidy condition
- Supporting the team leader with administration

In addition to the above, the Senior Customer Experience Representative will provide leadership and supervision of the team in the absence of the Team Leader.

**Skills & experience**
- Customer service experience
- A friendly and positive manner
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills

Anyone from a customer facing or administrative role will suit this role. Applicants must be available to work weekends and public holidays and shifts as per the team roster.
