Our Customer Experience Representatives will work closely with the Team Leader Customer Experience to ensure excellence in customer service and experiences for our customers.


You'll recognise the importance of the role as a Treaty partner and understand how that underpins Gisborne District Council's work.


Duties Include:

  • Admissions and shop sales, including cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception and shop area to ensure all customers feel welcomed

Skills & experience

  • Continuous improvement approach
  • Have a positive and friendly approach
  • Health Safety and Wellbeing
  • Knowledge of Te Reo Māori
