Grab this unique opportunity be a part of a major transformation programme spanning the whole organisation, one which will enhance the way the business operates in the future. This People & Culture Manager role is for a 12-month fixed term period to cover maternity leave.

The role reports into our Culture & Change Manager and will be supporting our internal programme team of around 150 for the full HR lifecycle; including end to end recruitment, training & development, cyclical people activities and retention activities whilst ensuring we continue to build on our well-established culture, to enable our programme team to thrive and deliver great work. This role will support team members across both Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for:
- Executing and reporting on the People & Culture Programme Plan and implementing relevant initiatives.- Providing HR expertise and advice to the Programme Team on all people matters with a focus on the full HR lifecycle.- Being a leader and guardian of the programme standards, guiding principles, and values to drive quality outcomes.

About you

Our perfect person will be someone who can hit the ground running and work well in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a well-rounded People & Culture professional, with relevant experience supporting programme or project teams. You will be experienced, and well equipped to take up this unique challenge.- Solid understanding and knowledge of NZ & AU Employment Legislation and HR best practice standards.- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.- Data savvy and able to analyse, interpret and use insights to make recommendations.- A drive to work in a hands-on capacity along with some strategic planning where required.- Proven experience building a culture of communication, accountability, empowerment, willingness and inclusiveness.- Proven experience implementing, supporting and leading initiatives to support employee engagement, wellbeing and development.- Experience on a large scale, commercial change programme is desirable.
