Clinical Nurse Specialist - Female Pelvic Mesh Service
Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist with a passion for improving women's health? Join our national specialist service supporting the Female Pelvic Mesh Service, and make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by surgical mesh complications.
**Key responsibilities in this role**:
Providing expert clinical assessment, support, and education to women and their whānau.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver equitable and timely care.
Leading and mentoring the nursing team, fostering a supportive and innovative environment.
Enhancing patient care pathways and remove barriers to accessing services.
Engageing in continuous improvement, research, and education within the specialty.
Experience in urology/urogynaecology or with female pelvic mesh complications is preferred.
You will be committed to supporting Māori health outcomes and adhering to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
**Qualifications**:
Relevant Post-Graduate Diploma or equivalent clinical and management experience.
Expert RN (level 4) nursing portfolio or greater.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to national consistency in the care and support for women affected by surgical mesh. If you are passionate about making a difference and meet the criteria, we would love to hear from you.
