**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Queenstown store - working on our Service Desk and also at our Checkouts

In the Service Desk role, you will be based at our customer service desk. This role entails assisting our customers with their enquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.

In the Checkout role, you will be responsible for making sure our customers receive fast service at the checkout and that they feel valued. Due to part of this role is based in our Self Service checkout area, it also involves playing an active role in loss prevention to ensure no theft is taking place, ensuring the area is always customer ready (bags stocked, areas tidy), and being mobile to best respond to the needs of the customers and thanking/guiding them to the next available checkout.

**This is a permanent full time position covering the following shifts**:

- Thursday 10.30am - 7.00pm (Checkouts)
- Friday 12.00pm - 8.30pm (Customer Service)
- Saturday 12.00pm - 8.30pm (Customer Service)
- Sunday 3.30pm - 8.30pm (Self Checkouts)
- Monday 3.30pm - 8.30pm (Self Checkouts)

The pay rate for this role is $22.10 per hour for the checkout shifts, & $23.58 per hour for the Customer Service shifts (plus team discount card)

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role - preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
