**About the Role**

We have a full-time opportunity for a motivated self-reliant individual to join our growing team as a production / assembly line worker in Christchurch. It’s an afternoon shift working Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 12am and Friday 2:30pm to 6.30pm. There is also the option to work overtime on Saturday’s.

This role will ideally suit a hands-on, self-motivated person who is willing and passionate about turning up and working hard Training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to learn from a quality team and grow to be a key member of our successful production team.

You will be working in the automation part of B&D Group (Dominator Garage Doors) involved in the production of a range of garage doors while working closely with our knowledgeable Leading Hand who will be there to offer support and guidance. You’ll be part of a group that is passionate and proud of what they do, enabling you to drive your career forward as part of our friendly B&D team.

This is a physical role with varied tasks that will keep you busy every day. Having a great attitude, reliability and a safety focus will be crucial in your success.

**Skills and Experience**
- Have a great eye for detail and pride in your work
- Physical ability to safely lift weight up to 20kg
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment and willingness to work in line with Health and Safety regulations
- A reliable self-starter
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
